Can I return it, If I do not like the product ?
We do not accept return! We customize and print the wallpapers as per the design, size and other specifications chosen by you. Once your wallpaper has been delivered, you cannot return it.

We accept return only on the following

Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of receipt. Please DO NOT accept your order in such cases and ask the courier executive to take it back. Additionally, please inform us about the situation via email within 24 hours of time.

If the wallpaper received by you does not meet the specification like size and design provided by you, please do the following immediately

  • Inform our customer care about the discrepancy via email within 24 hours of order receipt.
  • Email us a photo-proof of the discrepancy in your order within 24 hours.
  • Send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days. Please note that you need to bear the cost of shipping the damaged/incorrect/defective wallpaper back to us.
  • We will resend the order with the correct specification and does not provide re-fund.

Shipping
Every wallpaper purchased is one-of-a-kind and is printed on demand. We treat every order as a custom order to ensure that image quality, width to height ratio, and material quality exactly fits your needs. Orders are usually shipped within 4–7 business days

International Shipping
We welcome customers from around the world. Shipping rates are additional 5% – 8% of the product value depending on your location. Please select your country while checking out in the cart. Usually it takes 15-25 days to reach your location from the time of dispatch.
